Join us for our Toys, Wines and Spirits Christmas auction at Liverpool on the 2nd of December. To be found within these strong and varied specialist sections are Corgi models to include a Citroen Safari model no.513 "Alpine Rescue Car" and The Green Hornet "Black Beauty" crime fighting car, a Dinky Lady Penelope's "FAB1" Rolls Royce, a boxed Hornby O Gauge engine shed model E2E and over 20 lots of alcohol to get you in that festive spirit to include numerous bottles of whisky and port.
Prior to our toy section however, bidders will witness interesting and diverse Furniture, Clocks, Paintings and Prints sections. Headed up by a Napoleon III ebonised and boulle marquetry side cabinet, a good consignment of grandmother clocks and artwork by Jack Shore and a very large oil on canvas of Queen Victoria respectively.
Our collectors section is filled with an eclectic mix of items to include a portable dentist’s cabinet and the sale will also feature a Rock and Pop section for the second month in a row. The curtain closes on the sale with our ever popular collections of watches, jewellery and silver which will include a superb Victorian hallmarked silver peacock with marks for Solomon Nathan Nyberg, also look out for a gents 9ct gold Omega wristwatch and an 18ct gold ring set with a central oval Bombay ruby surrounded by eight diamonds.
