08/01/2013 : CHANGES AT ADAM PARTRIDGE, LIVERPOOL.
Well known TV auctioneer & antiques expert is expanding his Liverpool based auction room at 18 Jordan Street, due to huge demand from the general public.
Formerly known as Partridge & Bray, the auction rooms now trade as Adam Partridge, alongside the company's other auction rooms in Macclesfield, making them the leading firm of Antiques & Fine Art auctioneers in the North West. The last two months of 2012 saw the company sell a Chinese lamp found in a house in North Wales for £80,000 and a pair of English enamel vases found in Stockport for £86,000.
Mr Partridge has already brought the TV cameras to Liverpool several times in the last year, including 4 episodes of "Flog It!" and recently filmed with Liverpool violin maker Michael Phoenix (known to some as Scousivarius) at The Blue Coat Centre.
Adam will be appearing regularly on Thursday afternoons on The Billy Butler show, Radio Merseyside and will be available to value items for members of the public free of charge every Wednesday at the auction rooms on Jordan Street. He has also been resident auctioneer for Venmores property auctions held at Liverpool Town Hall and will continue to do so throughout 2013.
Popular antiques programme "Dickinson's Real Deal" will be visiting the city to hold their Dealer's Day on 16th March and returning to film the auction at Adam Partridge Liverpool on 8th May.
