It’s time for our November auction with lots to include Rock, Pop and Film Memorabilia, Jewellery, Silver, Furniture, Clocks, Paintings and Prints, Decorative Arts, Collectables, Ceramics, Glass, Coins, Militaria, Sporting Memorabilia, Oriental and Asian Works of Art, Watches and more.

Sex Pistols

We have a whole host of wonderful lots for you this month; top of the pops in our Rock and Pop category are albums signed by the Sex Pistols (lot 780), The Who (lot 776), The Velvet Underground (lot 777), David Bowie (lot 778), The Smiths (lot 785) and more, as well as a menu signed by John Lennon (lot 761).

As always, we start the auction with our furniture section, with highlights including this beautiful Arts and Crafts hall stand (lot 2), a large Victorian painted pine nine-drawer plan chest (lot 11), a large George III mahogany elevated bookcase (lot 73) and a set of eight teak dining chairs by Trevor Chinn for Gordon Russell from The Guiting Dining Group (lot 107).


Star lots of our Oriental section include this Chinese porcelain ginger jar and cover decorated with Fenghuang and dragons (lot 401), pair of 19th century Chinese porcelain baluster vases and covers (lot 410) and a 19th century Chinese porcelain baluster vase and cover decorated with scenes of domesticity and bats (lot 436).


 Our jewellery section is also well-represented with over 100 lots, including this stunning Belle Époque diamond choker (lot 992), a Belle Époque handmade platinum and diamond boat-shaped filigree brooch (lot 986), a Victorian large mourning locket/brooch (987) and a collection of silver jewellery by Niels Erik From (lots 933-943).

Elsewhere in the sale, we have this Indian white metal three-piece tea service with matching sugar tongs (lot 885), a late 19th/early 20th century The Gorham Co, New York oak cutlery canteen containing a quantity of King George pattern silver cutlery, designed by William C Codman (lot 883), a c.1900 Art Nouveau Tiffany studio of New York bronze lamp stand (lot 169), a 19th century coromandel veneered tantalus case (lot 193), an oil painting of the Madonna (lot 540), a collection of artworks relating to Banksy and Dismaland (lots 521-536) and much more.
