07/06/2017 : Antiques, Collector’s Items & General Auction with Militaria & Sporting Memorabilia

The catalogue for our June 7th auction is now online.

Check out our June with lots to include Militaria, Sporting Memorabilia, Furniture, Clocks, Paintings and Prints, Decorative Arts, Collectables, Ceramics, Glass, Oriental and Eastern Art, Militaria, Sporting Items, Coins, Watches, Jewellery, Silver and more.

We have a wonderful sale prepared for you with plenty of Militaria items, including a WWII 'Para Dummy' - a military deception device intended to imitate a Paratrooper drop, medals including a Distinguished Conduct Medal, a Military Medal for Bravery in the Field and more.

In our sporting section we have some fantastic memorabilia – in particular a large collection of items relating to Everton Football Club, such as an Everton FC enamelled medallion for Football Combination Championship 1897-8 and several player-issue shirts.

There is also a collection of sculptures by Arthur Dooley, which are sure to attract the interest of art collectors, and bridging the art and sporting categories is a large painting by Nick Hugh McCann entitled 'Stefanus Gerrardus (Steven Gerrard as Caravaggio's St John the Baptist)', which has previously been exhibited in the Walker Art Gallery.
