Condition Report

The top has extensive lifting of veneer and mounts are missing from reeded legs, a crack across central cross stretcher and general wear commensurate with age, and marking to ebonised legs.

Condition Report

Feet to front are missing, and several areas of faux tortoise shell are missing or infilled. Some discolouration and scratching to the top, some veneer missing from top of one leg, approx 2.5cm. Small areas of repair to veneer on legs, some age-related wear.

We have not had this fully assembled in the auction room, it was demounted by a removal company, the floor is rotten in places, piece of moulding lost from central arch, moulding finial from side 'spire' tops cut off all fret moulding /carving, both confessional screens broken, moulding chipped on top 'spire' and one missing, cracks to back panels, wear and scratching commensurate with age and heavy use.
