A WWI horse's cinch belt with the badge collection of Lieutenant Harold Cooper Bebington from Wallasey who was in the Liverpool (Pals) Machine Gun Corps, badges include Wilfred Owen, Bus Conductor's Badge Manchester Regiment, Loyal North Lancashire, King's Regiment Liverpool, Royal Engineers, County of London Queen's Westminsters, East Yorks, Wiltshire Regiment, Canada and Australia Elite Assault Troops of the Western Front, Medical Corps, Royal Fusiliers London, Lt. Pip. Royal Scots Fusiliers; also a signed copy of 'Images of War: With the Guns 1914-1918 A Subaltern's Story, in which Harold Cooper Bebington is the central character, with rare photographs from wartime archives by Stanley Foxall and John Jones.

Condition Report

Rust and pitting to one sword, shagreen is worn and coming away from the wood, braiding damaged in one place. The other has extensive wear to the decoration, some wear to bottom of braiding on hilt.
